The Story
“Stood for a Moment” explores the intensity of a child’s thoughts when grappling with well-meaning but misguided advice. The drawing captures the internal turbulence as the child stands still, outwardly composed, still trusting that single well meaning adult, holding onto a fragile stability amid swirling thoughts of where to turn next for safety.
