The Story

In “To a Child,” I focused on the joy of a familiar journey filled with adventure. I recall summers on Cottrell Lake, PA. The lines are playful, reflecting the explorations of lake, waterfall, forests, and streams filled with wild mint. It’s about the bond formed with self in these moments where the journey is the goal.
