The Story
“With Cyclamen and Wild Violets” captures the remnants of a garden that once flourished and the possibility of its rebirth. The delicate forms at top suggest the lingering presence of flowers, their beauty still palpable despite the passage of time. The light white areas symbolize spaces of ripe fertility, where the seeds of future growth are happening - unseen. While there is a hint of remorse for what was lost, or hasn’t yet happened, this work ultimately carries a message of hope, reminding me—and hopefully you—that with care and intention, what once thrived can bloom again.
